The Saskatchewan Filmpool Cooperative is seeking to hire a full-time staff member to fill the position of Executive Director to support our staff and membership while ensuring the administrative and creative success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the Filmpool in an advocacy role in the community, while building relationships and partnerships with other arts and film organizations.
Taking a leadership role in all sponsorship and fundraising activities.
Writing and preparing 2027 core operating grant applications and follow up reports for SK Arts and the Canada Council for the Arts.
Manage support staff and conduct regular performance reviews.
Attend monthly board meetings and help execute the 2025-2028 Strategic Plan.
Financial management, including preparing multi-year budgets, monthly bank reconciliation, coordinating with external bookkeepers, ensuring regular financial statements, and supporting the annual audit.

The position has a salary of $60,000 per annum, plus benefits, and a four day work week (Tuesday to Friday) in person at our downtown office.
